The FallingDown event fires when the
Humanoid enters and leaves the FallingDown
Enum/HumanoidStateType. It indicates whether the humanoid is falling.
Humanoid state is otherwise changed, this event will fire with an active value of false as the
Humanoid/GettingUp event fires with an active value of true.
